I have a partnership firm providing trainings.

We have a team in India which through the Internet, hunts for candidates in US for under going trainings.
we charge them for these trainings which will get remitted to our indian bank account or thru paypal.

We then hire a faculty for the training and also an accomodation for the training.
the training period is one month. the candidates who are not from the training city reside at the training accomodation.

after the training is over we pay the faculty and for the accomodation. the relationship with them both is over.

i want to know the tax implications in US and India.
